Typical Accountabilities:
• Delivers generalist Information Technology support at a country or SET area level, acting as the primary point-of-contact for provision of professional advice and support to a range Information Services activities and programs
• Conducts analysis and prepares business cases across the Information Services discipline in areas such as architecture, security, service delivery etc
• Works with management to understand business priorities and tailor Information Technology support to local requirements
• Maintain links and networks with other teams/functions/3rd parties that impact on the activities undertaken by the team
• Reviews Information Services policies and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change
• Assists the business execute and communicate the reasons for change
• Follows long-term resource plan and contingency models to secure continuity of operations
• Ensures costs are maintained within set budget

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Prior relevant experience in a similar role with good knowledge and experience in information systems; Proven experience of the application of policies, procedures and guidelines within a quality, compliance and legal environment; Experience of change management and providing innovative solutions on smaller projects
• Desirable: Degree in science, maths, engineering or information management; Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
